Violating the Terms of Use may result in SpeakStories seeking all necessary remedies available to it by law including monetary compensation.

SpeakStories is not to be downloaded/uploaded, imported via editors (such as Dreamweaver) or snaggers, mirrored, burned, framed, or otherwise installed electronically on any server.

You may not modify the materials of SpeakStories in any way or reproduce or distribute on any other platform online or offline. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. SpeakStories may not be incorporated into any other product. In particular, you may not sell the content of SpeakStories or in any other manner lay claim to the name or content of SpeakStories.

Learner usage:

Learners may use materials from SpeakStories for personal use but not for commerical use or distribution.

Arabic instructor usage:

Instructors, individuals, and institutions are not permitted to use SpeakStories materials commercially for profit.

After approval instructors may print learning materials for themselves and their students but at no profit (i.e. no selling of learning matierals in anyway). Instructors are not to use the materials as though it is their own. Instructors are to clearly inform students the learning materials are from SpeakStories.

Liability:

SpeakStories may recommend Arabic language instructors but is in no way responsible for the quality of the lessons. Should a student not be satisfied by an instructor SpeakStories is not responsible for refunds of any kind but will work with the instructor to resolve the matter. Please notify us if there is a concern so we can reach out to the instructor. 

SpeakStories is secular an does not accept the imposition of religious views on others. Please avoid topics of religion. 

SpeakStories 's producers, writers, course designers, as well as any other individuals or affiliates are not liable regarding your course progress, grades, degree fulfillment, or employability. The information presented on SpeakStories is as is and your use of content, games, video, and audio require that you accept liability for their use.
